Hi all
Thanks to H???kan Hintze, I now have a complete list of all the TD's that Tek
used with basic specification (Peak Point Current and Capacitance), and a
complete list of instruments in which they were used. I'm going to be
editing that and adding what additional information I have. Fred de Vries
kindly contributed some data sheets that were produced by Germanium Power
Devices after they bought GE's tunnel diode business.
I'd like to do the same exercise with sampling diodes and bridges too, but
I'll complete the TD exercise first, I think ;-)
