Thank you all for the terrific responses ! We found exactly what we
needed thanks to all of you who were generous with your manual copies.
The -5V rail filter capacitor (one of those big can things) had stopped
being a capacitor (totally open), and the +5V rail capacitor (another
one of those big can things) had turned into a resistor.
