Thanks for the tips. I found a replacement cap from a 545A "hangar
queen". Now the RM31a works great and no jitter. The cap in
question was leaky, thus causing the ripple.
Oh and the 475 motor is on it's way. I've been having email problems
so I am slow to respond.
