I will check that resistor string and perhaps replace C806 in case it's leaky.
Just to clarify, pins 2 & 3 on V814B were ok at -150V and -146V respectively. The plate at pin 1 was way out at -72V. Will swap out the 12AU7 again but I suspect the bias around V800 is causing all the chaos.
