The short answer is 'no' on the availability of service info but based on having to fix the power supply in a 7912AD I would guess that you need a dummy load on at least +/- 5V lines and a loop-back from at least one of the outputs (probably +/- 5V again) to the inverter control inputs. Without knowledge of the PSU pin connector wiring this may well not be much help!

PS I was working with high power short pulse lasers when the transient digitizers became available but over in the UK they did not fall within academic budgets, only the defence labs got to play with them. Hence the desire to get my hands on the 7912AD.
