I have some of these 2712 analyzers. As far as I know this Diplay Storage Board memory is only for stored displays (A,B,C and D) and saved settings. I would like to know what settings you are missing and in in which Menu. This does not sound familiar to me. I also have not heard from reconfiguring software - Flatness Tests - for the 2712. It is however mentioned in the 2715 Service Manual.
