Re: Tektronix 575 CRT required - WTB Tektronix 154-0343-00 (154-343) T0520-31 (T52 P31) A.K.A 5CAP1 0r Tektronix T64 aka T533 aka T5330

It's the 535A CRT (T64P/T533/T5330) that needs pin 8 wired; the 535 CRT (T51P) is NC same as T52P.

Dave Wise

Maybe someone in the Beaverton Oregon area rescued a T52P from Stan Griffiths' estate. Not having room for a 575, I did not.

I believe you can also use a 535 CRT if you want to run 300V to pin 8....
See: /g/TekScopes/topic/7653722#105000

But there may be some deflection issues... But still better than no CRT at
all...

There's other data in that thread if you want to run down the rabbit hole.

so i am looking to buy a Tektronix 154-0343-00
575 shared CRT with 525, 532, RM32 and 570.
In S/N 101 thru 1351 154-0097-00 or 154-0343-00 were used.
S/N above that used 154-0763-00. Replacing the CRT on SN 1351
and lower with 154-0763-00 required a parts replacement kit which
contained only the new CRT and a trim pot.
