That's an easy one. It's described in the Maintenance section, page 5-2 of my 3T77 manual.
So "left" pair is matched and "right" pair is matched.
In later sampling heads like the S-2 the "right" pair was replaced by a matched pair RC networks, so only the "left" diodes were matched.
Anyway a slight mismatch will not prevent the unit to function normally.
