I've been there a bit.

The clamp bars need to be removed, since they are holding the pass transistors in place.? The transistors are insulated with ceramic spacers that may (or may not) be beryllium oxide, so avoid breaking them and do not create any kind of dust.? IIRC, the back panel needs to be removed as well, which involves the back shield and the bolts for the transistor mount.? If this is like the one that I have, it's annoying at best and is far far below the standard of repair that I am used to.? IIRC, the power supply board will go in and out, but you need to see where it is binding.

The nuts will go back on, but you need a pair of needle nose pliers to start them, again, IIRC.

I'd personally like to hear the *engineering* decisions that went into that design.

It's held in with six screws, three per side, that can easily be removed - but then there are clamp bars on each side holding the pass transistors against the case for a heat sink and while I *might* get the nuts holding them on off, I'm pretty sure I would never get them back on. And then there are the ten things I don't know about yet because I've not gotten that far. Sigh.
