Does it have to be a 6137 or can you use parts from other models such as
a 6136? I have a complete 6136 in good shape (minus the accessories).
Where are you located?

I just acquired a P6137 probe fairly cheaply, and I can see why - it's been
assembled from other probe parts and the indicator switch on the cable
assembly (174-1081-04) doesn't work: what I assume is a metal leaf spring
inside the switch assembly is missing. The body shell tip cover
(204-1049-00) and probe tip assembly (206-0378-00) and grounding lead &
clip
assembly (344-0398-00) are non-P6137. At least they don't match my other
P6137.
If someone has a P6137 that has, say, a broken cable assembly and you'd
like
to sell the rest (and its indicator switch might be working), please let me
know in private email. I'd like to try to make one good probe out of my
questionable one, plus a broken one.
