As I recall, "T0" is +/- either 50 or 100 ppm/C. These "T" numbers have been standardized for a long time. You can search around for the terms and find tables that lists them. I think T16 is the highest, around 1 ppm. The most common precision resistors you'll see in Tek scopes are T0 and T9 (15 or 10 ppm I think). The resistor manufacturers should have lots to say about it in their app info.
