The Hakko 470 manual () indicates two filters ¨C part numbers A1009 & A1033. Googling those part numbers brings up many distributors who still handle them. Looks like you also have to have a A1000 ¡°spring filter¡± as part of the whole assembly if you don¡¯t have one.
Any use of these units without filters will result in loss of vacuum at the least and death to the vacuum pump at the most.
