Yeah, it's not about the circuit current consumption, it's about the
self-leakage of the cell. It'd be a very special 18650 that holds any sort
of charge for years - WikiPedia quotes leakage at 1.5-2%/month.
Not fit for purpose at all. So i would recommend everyone it avoids it!
