That's a natural consequence of the input capacitance being 3pF. One remaining advantage of a Hi-Z probe like the P6201 is the 100 kOhm input resistance, so it won't present a significant DC load if the AC signal is offset against ground. With a Lo-Z probe, there's always the 50/500/5000 Ohm DC load on the test point.
