TekWIki says that the 2440 is 300MHz (analog bandwidth) with 500 MSa/s (digital sampling rate). It doesn't say what the single shot bandwidth is, but it has to be less than 250 MHz just based on Nyquist, and my understanding is that you have to go well below (above?) Nyquist to get good looking waveforms, so I'd bet that the practical single shot bandwidth is not more than 150 MHz.
