The 012-0482-00 36" and 012-0057-01 42" 50 ohm cables I have seen are Belden 8262 wire the crimped BNC connectors are something I have not identified yet.
They could be same MFG as did the 011-0102-01 termination, also unmarked. I want to try Amphenol 31-320-RFX as I was unable to find low cost replacement cables or go back to 1989 and buy for $29.00 USD.
