but the CDPC (1982) lists 151-0232-00 as a 2N2484, and gives some specs, but
does not indicate a saturation voltage (see pages 6-10 and 6-14).
It seems this particular transistor has been sourced from various manufacturers.
In my 7603 service manual (dated 1977), it has 80009 (Tektronix ) as manufacturer code.
in the FG504 (revised may 1982), that same 151-0232-00, has manufacturer code 07623 (Fairchild), part SP12141 for low serial number, and SP14318 for later ones!
What surprise me a bit is that the CDPC (p6-10) doesn't provide any matching specifications.
