I have notes from working on these but make your own diagnosis :)
Notes are :
" Limited brightness caused by shorted Q2711.
No VBB3 line caused by failed U604 (Resistance from CR1005 to ground was low)".
Makes sense, feeds intensity drive.
Sorry, my workshop notes are bit cryptic, even I can't understand them sometimes..
