Personally I'd replace C911: 22uF 15V tant bead on a 13V PSU rail, diagram 17 (not the PSU diagram!), and IIRC there are a couple of others on that rail, hidden on the other diagrams 7, 9, 11, 16.

When C911 shorted, it toasted R965.
