Albert: Measured the 20V supply ... 19.5V at pin 9 of K600. Voltage across R600 is 14V. That leaves 5.5V for the thermal relay with is close enough for the design spec 6V. Based on my crude out of circuit/equipment test, the thermal relay must be getting tired. I will note today, it seems like it has operated pretty consistently in the scope ...not 100% but closer to 100% than what felt like 50% a few days ago. Perhaps it's getting the message that I'm serious about fixing this (as Jack said). Again, I appreciate your expertise and time.
