DC alignment is a quicky since there are no internal adjustments in the input amplifiers! First step should be to make the VAR controls functional again since these are really needed to set the front panel DC ADJ pots.
Next check is for nuvistor grid current, though grid current is annoying but not necessarily disturbing waveforms.
