The reason why is it the weekend and no shops near me have the full assortment of caps, I have a customer who wanted to have something repaired and he needed it the same day, I only have one scope here and by chance I had 2 x 10uf 450 v capacitors on hand.
Scope is working fine and the customer is happy, but I do get your point but just needed a quick fix. By the way the C1130 is polarised, it should be a bipolar type, and a typo above, the filter cap should be C1132 that was also replaced.
