Out of curiosity, did you try BOTH ends of the nozzle?

I use MG Chemical Super Wash, part number 406B-425G.
I just removed and inserted the current tube a loose tube (spare, taped
to the can) in my can's nozzle... works like a charm.
It IS a different product number, so "apples and oranges?"? I don't
know.? I suspect a bad bowl of chili from the tube or nozzle supplier to
NGC.
