The problem gets worse. Although my Groups account shows no sign of the old address, the "Marketing Preferences" section DOES show it and what is more it does not permit me to change it ...... when you modify the address and then push the SAVE button, nothing happens.
So I've set up another account by creating a new Yahoo account (and therefore a new Yahoo email address) plus my new regular email address and it refuses to allow me to change the default Yahoo email for my required address; for exactly the reason outlined above.
So basically I am stuffed from ever getting Tekscopes and HP/Agilent newsletters once my current email server operator kills off all it's email system in June (the reason for all this aggravation).
What is more there appears to be no way on Earth that you can get a human being to address the problem; everything seems to be run (or not run) by a machine.
