Yes it does. Mechanically all is fine and and the resistors itself are also
good. I spend the efford to pull them out oft he tracer and measure them
with the highest quality Test gear we have at work. I just spend a whole
weekend with poking around and falling into anger because I thought I was to
incompetent to find the damn issue.
I also have the problem when I use the leakage mode which is not using the
low resistance shunts .

If I follow you correctly the 1,2,5 part gain changes but the decade
function provided by changing the current sense resistor doesn't. That is
switched by the b section of sw400 which is the wafer switch on the back of
the cam switch.. Is that moving when you change vert sens?
