The 7904 is still going this morning, so will call it fixed, PS-wise. I also found I had marked a note on it before that it has a readout problem in the A-horiz slot, so maybe will look at that too. BTW this one also has the P11 blue phosphor. I think about one-half of 7904s I've encountered are P11.
