I received an email from someone who happened to have 4 of the feet I need, and in new condition too. So I bought these from him and am awaiting their arrival. It was certainly nice that he made this offer.
Since the OEM feet seem to be fragile, I still intend to do the Delrin project. So thanks for the advice on that. I found several sources for Delrin online, at decent prices, and one even had rod stock in exactly the diameter needed -- no turning required, just simple cutoff.
