Shipping from 80503 paid by buyer. I'll use the least expensive, safe USPS flat-rate packaging I can find (unless the buyer requests something different) and I will combine shipping for anyone purchasing more than one of the books.
If anyone wants them all, I will discount the price (but not for smaller sets).
