New: Member Intro

Hi folks. I'm a new member. I'm an old EE/Physics type but have been mostly in deep CS work -lots of distributed and control systems - for over 42 years but am coming home roots so to speak. I'm setting up two personal labs to develop some home automation/lighting system OSH notions and to PLAY and learn and grow old with. I have nothing but admiration for things Tek (and old HP) and most of my labs are based on this gear as much as I can. On the scope front I have:

- 2x7401 (7a29/24/11; 7B10/15) (one rebuilt, one being so) - just cuz they should exist
- 475 (great shape - rebuilt)
- 2465B great shape - all the A5, U800, PS issues fixed - super clean
- 2467B rebuilt and in great shape - like new
- TDS 320 (as-is buy - just a “look-see” scope at a remote test location)
- Old 60mHz analog dual trace - Hitachi I think - had it since the early 80s and it work like a charm
- TM50x… A few little scopes (up to 15Mhz) - for preservation sake
- Lan attached BitScope - remote monitoring…
- Rigol DSO 200 MHz - actual measured BW is around 370mHz - great modern tool for the price; started as a 2072 but has had all optional features turned on and is now a 2172 (200Mhz)

Very much in the process of getting calibration tools and spares in place for all the older Tek gear. Getting 2nd lab space in mountains of North Idaho build out over the winter and finishing up a few things at my lab in Seattle.

Best to all,

Richard Hasha
