Actually, all modern vehicles equipped with such technologies, when you connect your phone to the car and accept the terms of service, data collection starts. This includes everything you listed. The only exception is that the data cannot be used for issuing tickets and violations, unlike ADS-B.

AOPA President Darren Pleasance has sent a to acting Federal Aviation Administration Administrator Chris Rocheleau expressing concern about the use of ADS-B data beyond its intended purpose. Pilots have reported that the data have been utilized for nonsafety-related activities, including questionable enforcement actions and legal disputes. "Aircraft owners invested over half a billion dollars of their own money to comply with the ADS-B mandate, believing it would only be used to make flying safer and more efficient," Pleasance wrote in the letter.

Naples Jet Center has unveiled a new terminal at Naples Municipal Airport in Florida as part of a $15 million redevelopment project.
