Reverse power followed by neutral. Rudder has some effect when coasting as others have mentioned.? Careful not to over steer and stall as others have mentioned.
Back and fill,? the process of gaining way in reverse then use a short burst of forward combined with reversing the rudder to use prop wash to shove the stern in the desired direction. Then back to reverse and coast.
Takes practice and doesn't always work as desired.?
