I just added the T27 owners manual to the files section of the
website. There is some other useful stuff there as well but painfully
little when compared to the old discussion forums from the old site.
The sad fact is that Ken was not able to provide me with any raw data
files containing the discussions. I am a programmer and would have
had fun trying to reconstruct some of the threads or pulled my hair
out. I gladly took what information he was able to send me though.
I believe that anyone can add items to the Files, Photos, Links and
Database sections of this site.
At the same time Brian is working on the www.t-27.com website and has
the discussion forums up and running. I am planning to join that
website as well.
I have also found yet another sailing website that is not Tartan
specific which has a pretty active crowd of users and helpful archives
(not unlike our old site). Go to sailboatowners.com, then click on 24
hour activity or search their archives by keyword. There are quite a
few brands of boats represented by this site including Hunter,
Benneteau, Siedelman, MacGregor to name but a few.
