Great, thanks for the measurements, Wayne, they match my "Fish-clone"
exactly. For now I am going to use tie-wraps until I order a set of rings.
Just for fun.... How fast has a Sunfish actually gone? I would guess that
there is a limit at which catastrophic boom/sail/mast failure could occur.
I have never approached top speed as I have yet to sail with fewer than two
aboard.

I checked the Sunfish spars and they measure at 1 1/2" outside
diameter. The sail ring measures about 1 5/8" inside diameter.
