I'm putting the finishing touches on a 2002 Legacy EJ25 transplant into a 1988 Westy, using a Small Car conversion kit.? The last piece of the puzzle are the pre and post CAT O2 sensors.? I ordered 2002 Subie sensors but they don't mate with the Small Car wiring harness connectors.? Any idea what sensors I should be ordering? You guys have been awesome.? With a little luck I'll be firing up the old girl tomorrow afternoon.? First time in two years.? Can't wait!

Rich, there is an O2 subharness that connects to the main harness.Check in your box of parts. The OE sensors were Bosch but Denso are likely equivalent?

I used a 92-94 canister for Subaru from Rockauto ( currently sold out) It had 3 outlets - tank, 3rd rail evap and one other for atmosphere that I connected to the intake. Worked well.

The system needs to admit air for gas to leave. So I used a different cannister.? I used this one.?
It only has two lines so with the simpler diagram I thought this one would work better.
I checked to see if was clogged and it was FULL of gas!? I poured it out and reconnected everything.? Same issue.? ??

Must be hooked up wrong.? The canister must hook up to the rollover valves on the tops of the fenderwell tanks, and should never see liquid fuel ever.
