So....I may have found the culprit!
I went out and poked around in the engine compartment, and when I wiggled the coilpack wire, the engine shut off.
I turned the engine back on, and repeated the test, but nothing happened. So, I wiggled the IAC(I think) plug, and it shut off. I turned the engine back on, and repeated the test, nothing happened.

Just barely touch the ground to the manifold to the driver's side of the coil pack....ENGINE SHUTS OFF!
The bolt was very loose.
Tightened it back down, and everything seemed good.
I'll report back after I drive it more tomorrow.
