Torque settings for intake manifold are listed in a torque listing
file in Files > Torque Information
I'd suggest starting with inside bolts and finishing with outside bolts.
I'd consult the subaru manual to be sure but would guess that the
coolant manifold should be torqued somewhere around 7 pounds.
