I looked all over...even googled, and couldn't find any mention of a
code 27 for OBD1 for subaru.
Found a listing for toyotas,
Toyota vehicles 1988-95: Code 27 Sub-oxygen sensor signal or heater
circuit fault
Jeep: code 27 is fuel delivery system
Dodge: same as jeep
