I am in the process of doing a rebuild on a SB 9 UMD. There is a bracket behind the upper part of the UMD unit. My bracket is broken and the broken piece is gone. Mine has a hole in it that has a return spring of some sort. Where the hole is where mine is broken. SB parts catalog shows it as AS2607NK2 part number. I found one on ebay but the seller states it is the later style with no hole. Can anyone tell me what that bracket is for? Also, does anyone have one of those?
