Looking for info on a Carl Hansen clone of a 9" South Bend

Hi group, I posted this question in the previous group, and thank you to the people that replied. I found I couldn't post anything else in the thread or upload any pictures so I'll try again here.
The lathe in question looks (to me at least) like a South Bend, and in fact has been fitted with the change gears and cover from one. The headstock has "C.Hansen Wpg" cast into it. I bought it from a gentleman here in Montreal who had it originally from Mr Hansen himself. He was the engineering supervisor for MacDonald aircraft in Winnipeg and apparently made a number of 9 and 14 inch lathes in the 1930's and 40's. I found a reference to him in the local papers from 1934; he was apparently an active member in the local model engineering society.
I've searched the internet, and read through everything possibly relevant on lathes.co.uk but have found no other info. If anyone knows anything or has another example of Mr Hansen's lathes I'd be really interested to hear from you. I'll try to upload some pictures of the lathe.
