This is my Model A, 9" Lathe I purchased from Ebay. It cost me $450.00 USD.
Came with 3 Jaw, 4 Jaw, live center, drill chuck.
Has Power crossfeed, quick change gearbox and lots of dirt..........
Has optional two speed counter shaft for a total of 12 speeds.
All I need now is a Face plate and steady rest. Anyone got a spare ?
My plans are to dismantle the lathe and take it to a local engine rebuild
shop and have the
metal parts put in the engine degreasing tank and then rebuild and paint it
back to a like new condition.
I will keep you all posted on the progress.
