Give yourself the gift of honoring all of your grief. My dad passed more than a decade ago now, and sometimes it feels like yesterday.

late August 2020 he found out that he had lung cancer and he passed on
yesterday, quietly and peacefully. He was in a lot of pain and I am glad
that it is finally over for him. I will miss him greatly as he was an
