This pedestrian survey is expected to be conducted in a single 8-day field session. These positions have potential for long-term, permanent employment for the driven, collaborative, and reliable archaeologist. The ideal candidate will have experience with Class III pedestrian surveys in Nevada or surrounding areas, an understanding of the prehistoric archaeological record of Nevada and/or the Great Basin, familiarity with digital data collection, and an appreciation for the importance of efficiency and teamwork in pedestrian survey workflows.
