Augustine, that is a ground. Your packing gland should not be green. I suspect that is a big source of leakage. It looks like you have had standing water there for a while. You should take a bronze

Jeff, vertical stored vertically. On the Targas the CNG locker was
configured differently. They're in the aft/port locker, in a near vertical

The 34 after-cabin has a vertical locker. Thus, they are vertical tanks. It made that part of the conversion process easier.

Are these horizontal tanks? Or vertical tanks stored horizontally?
When I first started investigating this conversion, I ?could not find horizontal tanks that would fit.
