LifeLine and Victron AGMs are top of the line. ?The Lifelines may be a better deal given the current international trade issues.

Lithium nearly doubles the battery capacity in the same footprint since they can be drawn down much much further.?

I suggest you look into the Victron Super AGM's.? I put 3 of the 125 AH ones in a couple years ago & so far so good.
They pack in more AH for their size and claim a better discharge tolerance.? Installed prior to a Newfoundland trip where we, unfortunately, did not get to fully test them as we had a lot of motoring.
You might fit their 230AH ones.
3 of the 125AH were $1175 del'd January 2023

I¡¯m finally getting around to Rebedding my fixed port. ?Because I will probably need to rebed the other three in the not too distant future, I decided to purchase my own roll of CRL Glazing Vinyl. ?Thanks Phil and Andy for your kind offers.

Fairclough cover for S28 free

 

I have a Fairclough cover I've used for my S28II and all the stuff you need to use it, bought in 2016. It still has years of life but it's too much for me to handle now. It's at Savin Haill Yacht Club, 400 Morrissey Blvd, Dorechester MA. Let me know off list if you'd like to come get it. It would work with a mark I as well. In pic it's the one to the left. I see my boat in the registry under the previous (and original) owner's name.? What's the best way to update that?? Edit the existing entry, or make a new entry?? It may be useful to keep the previous owner records for tracking boat histories.

Well, lo and behold - we were not on it. I added Deep Blew (formerly Re:Pete, formerly Shady Lady) to the list. Seems we are second oldest S-28 at hull #13, with only #11 on the list being older. And she is nearby Rock Hall, as well.? ?
