COS keyed with no RF input is usually caused by the the incorrect polarity of COSFROM.??
The COS LED will not light until you modify two lines in the rpt.conf file (/etc/asterisk/rpt.conf) as described in the setup procedure.
There should have been a document titled "Suggested Change in SHARI Setup" included with the unit.? Your simpleusb-tune-menu settings should be the same as those in the document.? The SHARI SA818 radio module was preprogrammed at final test to work? with the suggested settings.
