Re: 4/6m Shari node

That's a 12 year old product announcement for a device designed to cover 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz, that is no where near 4/6m, and as I read the description, it's for a receiver, not a transceiver.

Thanks for all your comments so far everyone.

We¡¯re already using a mixture of URI¡¯s, CM108¡¯s, modified USB Sound cards with Baofengs, Wouxuns, Motorola¡¯s and others and we¡¯re trying to move away from all that. The appeal of the Shari, having the onboard RF from the SA818 is that it takes away all that complexity, cabling, power supplies and cost and standardises the equipment for all users.

?

It¡¯s an all in one Asterisk solution, like the Shari I¡¯m looking for, but 4m/6m instead of 2m/70cm. I¡¯m quite happy to modify a Shari if I can find a replacement for the SA818, hence my question to the group.

?

Hopefully that clarifies the question and keeps us on topic, any ideas anyone? ?
