Hi:
I've noticed that, with the Shari's radio, if the node doesn't transmit for about five to ten seconds, the next transmission fades in and is kind of distorted for about half a second. My other Allstar nodes don't do this. One is using a Uri-X and a Motorola Radius SM50, and the other is a Baofeng 888 on a CM-119 FOB. RX doesn't have this problem, only TX from the node.
Is there some sort of power save mode where the op amp is shutting down after a few seconds, or something? If so, can this be disabled?
