I would setup a headless node at home with allstar and echolink with your -R then connect to it using your portable SHARI node on allstar.? People can dial into your (open port) home node via allstar or echolink and you will hear then via your portable setup in the Vehicle. This is how our club is doing it as we cannot dial into the repeaters cell router with echolink.
