As far as that radio goes, I don't think it will do the YSF digital stuff that our club's repeaters use. Whether it's a decent radio or not, I'm not sure. It also looks like it doesn't have D-Star or DMR, so it seems to be an analog only radio. That's ok, if that's what you need.?

You mentioned that you were having difficulty programming it - because you had to do it from the phone app.?I don't see that they have a desktop app... RT doesn't have an app for it, and you already mentioned that CHIRP doesn't work with it.?That's certainly not ideal.?

It looks like it's primary selling point is ruggedness at a good price point.?

Maybe someone else on the list can suggest a comparable radio that's easy to program, includes APRS/GPS, rugged, and is IP67 water resistant. If it's a Yaesu that does YSF for our club's repeaters that would be a bonus!?

Hello,

Don W5DK is selling his Yaesu FTM-400XD.? As many of you are aware, Yaesu is having trouble obtaining parts on some of their current Fusion model radio's including the FT-200.??

With that in mind, if you're in need of a really great radio in good condition, this may be for you.??

Fusion radio's go fast so if your in interested, I recommend contacting Don as soon as possible.

Please use and/or forward the enclosed Austin SwapNet Newsletter .pdf as you see fit.

If it's been a while since you had a look at an edition, please open this one up and peruse the various sections.??

It's become -way- more than a simple buy/sell list.

I've done some enhancements improving readability and am continually updating content.

? I hope my efforts have been beneficial in making the AARC SwapNet Newsletter a welcomed inbox item.??

Please have a look and let me know!

? ? Thanks!
