I believe the original bushes were molded into the arm. You were meant to replace the arm when the bush wore out. Then later the bush became a separate replaceable part. With a press in sleeve

Going by my Esprit S3 lower arms (actually modified Elite), the bush housing was 1.625" nominal OD, but the wall thickness is slightly inconsistent. I suspect that it may have been bored in situ after
